Hanane Nafidi is the Director of Sales for Carmine’s Washington, DC, part of the Alicart Restaurant Group, where she oversees sales strategy for both Carmine’s Italian Restaurant and Virgil’s Real BBQ. She leads a team of Sales Managers across multiple markets, specializing in high-volume group dining, student travel, and hospitality partnerships.
With a strong focus on relationship-building, Hanane works closely with tour operators, concierges, and travel professionals to deliver seamless and memorable group experiences. She serves on the Affiliate Board of the Washington Area Concierge Association (WACA), where she contributes to strengthening connections within the hospitality and tourism community.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and attention to detail, Hanane is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting and developing the teams she leads.
