About Air General, Inc.

The Passenger Service Division of Air General operates a Meet & Greet concierge program at airports and train stations around the country.  Principle locations include Baltimore-Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport, Washington-Dulles International Airport, Reagan Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport, LaGuardia Airport and airports in Charlotte, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Chicago, Boston, New Orleans, etc. We also serve train stations in Washington DC, Chicago, New York and Boston.  Our Greeters are Air General employees and we select experienced travel professionals, then provide training to a high standard to match traveler expectations of privacy, professionalism and anonymity.  Our team is flexible and our scope reaches beyond the airports and train stations so that we may remain with our travelers to final destination if required.  We welcome unusual assignments!
